Went here for lunch today and was sorely disappointed. Order a bagel and schmear and a cup of turkey chili. I specifically asked if the bagel could be toasted well done. Not only was it not well done it was lightly toasted and the amount of cream cheese was so light you could see through to the surface. The cashier spoke to their coworker because apparently did not have turkey chili ready. I asked that it be changed to whatever was quicker and was ignored. Instead they went to the fridge and microwaved some cold chili. I haven't been to Einstein in a while and I don't plan on going back to this location anytime soon.

They forgot my side and knocked over and spilled my coffee while they made it. I'm not shocked now after reading all the terrible reviews. Fyi-There are 2 yelp pages for this same restaurant.

My Noah's Bagel away from home!!!! I did not realize that Einstein and Noah's were the same company! I am still getting used to Carl's Jr.,..I mean Hardee's and now this??? I have only eaten here once and it was on mothers day in the early crack of dawn morning and the line was really long BUT it was moving. we ordered two bagel sandwiches and they were just okay. we specified that we did not want garlic butter aoli on one and sure enough they got the order wrong. I keep forgetting that this place is here which is why I am not here more often, plus I am always more inclined to go to Panera Bread/Bread Co. across the street If I need a quick breakfast.

Memorial Day Monday at 1030AM. Service was ok but , man, was the place filthy. Everything about it. Floors, tables, counters, bath rooms. Get this taken care of quickly.

I always forget this place is here. But a buy-one-get-one lunch sandwich coupon brought me back. I must say, the food was all much better than I had expected. I got a Tasty Turkey ($6.50) on a bagel, it had turkey, tomatoes, cukes, sprouts and some tasty spread. It was well-constructed and quite delicious. Being a fan of Cuban sandwiches, I went for the Cuban Chicken panini ($7.65) -- two cheeses (mozz & gruyere), chicken breast, ham, mustard, pickles. I was shocked on my first bite how much it tasted like a real Cuban sandwich (typically made with pork). They really got the flavors down and the panini was nicely put together and easy to eat. Both sandwiches came with a side. I got chips for one and potato salad for another. I'm really not a potato salad person but this thing kicked ass. Just tasted fresh and flavorful, not too creamy, good chunks of potato. I recommend it to be eaten cold. People who worked here were nice. All in all an above-average experience. I will return.

The worst Einstein brothers I have ever been to! I have been there twice in one week to try it out. Slow service, rude, and they didn't even get my order correct. Do not go here, you will regret it.

Einstein Bros. was I believe the first place where my love affair with bagels first started. The oatmeal bagel thin was perfect for one breakfast before going to a hearty dim sum one Saturday morning. Service was impeccable, & prices were okay. Totally worth every freaking penny I spent there. The only thing I would gripe about this place is lack of free wi-fi.

I LOVE BREAD. I LOVE CARBS. I LOVE BAGELS......... I LOVE EINSTEIN'S. Décor: It's low-key, very clean and casual. It's a place where people got their newspaper up and old friends are chatting. It's not as cozy or stylistic as Panera (Which is across the street), but it's comfortable. Service: You order first and then they make your food and you pay up at the end. Never have I encountered bad service, so yay for them! Food: I seriously fell in love with bagels because of Einsteins. I think they have better bagels than Panera's and Companion's because it's chewier, softer and just.. all-around-better-to-eat! The bf is a big fan of their Lox bagel sandwich and I've had their bagel sandwiches before (never fails me!), but my favorite thing to get is toasted Cranberry Bagels (ahhhhh). Man, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Bottom Line: I definitely stop here when I can to get my bagel fix in the morning or afternoon. Food is delicious and fast! Though I warn you that in the afternoon, it's slim pickings for ya..

Einsteins is a great way to start your day! The service at this place is one of the best and the people are friendly. The only negative about this location is that they do not have garlic bagels, not one I particularly love, so it works for me (may be any issue for others tho...) There was a two week period a while back with Einsteins was promoting their bagel and shmear on facebook. I ended up going to get breakfast there with my mom every morning for 2 weeks straight eating free bagels! The best combo is the spinach florentine bagel with jalapeno salsa shmear and a cup of their vanilla hazelnut roast coffee...YUM! This is one thing my mom misses about STL!

Went there this week for a quick breakfast sandwich. They have these new thinner bagels. Good for just less food and also, they can't put them in the automatic bagel slicer, which doubles as an everything bagel "topping stripper" (because it knocks off most of the good toppings) :-) Good stuff!
